![]() The warehouse would survive purely on imports with no green or blue in sight. It's actually:ĭistrict 1 high (maximum stock at export site)ĭistrict 2 high (maximum stock at export site)Īnd honestly, that isn't really as useful as it could be.īut now all of the sudden I kinda want to build an Amazon mega warehouse district and have all the other districts send in their goods and have the mega warehouse district distribute them evenly using a bazillion distribution posts. u/throwawaysmy has it right, as far as I know. ![]() However, to my knowledge, this is not the case. The dichotomy of the terms suggest that they are referencing the same metric, when really they reference two separate metrics.ĭistribution post low (lowest value export)ĭistribution post high (highest value to export.)ĭrop-off Point low (lowest value to import)ĭrop-off Point high (highest value to import.) I really dislike how they word the low/high thing. Use the Low setting at the receiving end to prioritize the stuff you need the most! It has no power and thus no way to process those wheat and potatoes. The new district is pretty much entirely devoted to farming, with a little water gathering too. Its already pretty confusing but this absolutely boggles me. The High setting for instance is only used when you receive items and have no effect when sending. So I tried my hand at creating a new district. TLDR All the confusion comes from the fact that you get to set both Low and High but they might not be relevant depending on whether you are the receiver or the sender. The 50 and 30 setting have no effect here.Ĭarrots Low 50, High 100 - Water Low 20, High 80Ĭarrots Low 30, High 70 - Water Low 0, High 90ĭistrict 1 will prioritize carrots over water due to the Low settings on District 2, send both using the same limiting logic for both items using the row above.ĭistrict 1 will send carrots forever and disregard the stock status of District 2. District 1 setting (provider)ĭistrict 1 will possibly send all carrots to district 2.ĭistrict 1 will send carrots until District 1 has 50 left in stock, a which point it will stop sending.ĭistrict 1 will prioritize sending water and carrots when District 2's stock of these goods is lower than 50 and 25 respectively.ĭoes not have any effect here - only applicable when sending things TO District 1.ĭistrict 1 will send carrots until District 2 have 200 in stock, at which point it will stop sending.ĭistrict 1 will send carrots until either District 1 has only 100 left in it's stock, or if District 2 has 70. So this is my hypthesis: In this table, District 1 is the one providing goods and District 2 is the one receiving goods. "High - resources above this limit are not carried into a district" "Low - resources below this limit are not carried out from a district and are prioritized by incoming distributors" A district has the same settings for both incoming and outgoing structures, meaning if i set carrots to 101 low in District 1 by pressing on the Distrubution post the same 101 low for carrots will be reflected and thus is visible when i press the Drop-off point in District 1.
